Basting my turkey

Last night, I brine my turkey and this morning before going to church at 10a.m I placed my turkey in the oven setting my oven at 325 F. I returned home at 12:30p.m when I opened the door and the aroma hit my nose. I checked my turkey it is golden only on one side, so I turned it over and baste the bird and let it cook some more,at 2:00p.m. my bird is cooked and it is mouth watering. Now it's time to make the trimmings for dinner.
