My Desire




It is my desire to be fit and trim, my will says yes but for some reason my body says no, for so long it's been a struggle in my life to just do the right thing, sometimes I wish that I can go to a center to help me do right and make the best choices as far as my diet plan, can someone out there help me pleassssse.  I want to set goals and learn to stick to my goals and just do it , I thank you for all of your support.

I really need to hear your views on what steps I need to take to keep my mind focused on doing the right thing, I start off eating right and then some place down the road I fall off of the ban wagon and once I fall it's hard to jump back on the ban wagon and start over again, I commend some people that set goals and stick to them, perhaps I'm just not disciplined enough.

I know with God all things are possible, knowing this I'm going to make it!   I'm going to do it this time because I know that God is with me and one thing he cannot do and that is fail.

  1. I don't know much about dieting. But, what I would I suggest is start off by setting small goals; goals that you know are attainable. I think that once you accomplish one thing, it'll motivate you to complete another. Also, you may want to consider finding a workout partner. If you have someone who is holding you accountable, you are more than likely able to stay on course.
